It honestly felt like I didnt do anything. It was the most simplest, easiest, and fastest buying home process I have ever seen. There wasnt a day that went by I wasnt aware of the process. I worked with Advantage Home Mortgage mostly through Donna Gutierrez and Megan Young. As a team, they were exceptional. Advantage was able to secure a great rate for my home mortgage. Donna and Megan were extremely communicative and informative. Donna in particular took the time to walk me through my options (and what they would do for me and cost me) in terms of loan types and terms. Megan was consistent and quick whenever we needed to exchange documentation, meet deadlines, etc. Aside from the above, Donna also made sure the process felt accessible and helped put my mind at ease many times. I will recommend Advantage (and Donna) to anyone, with no qualification or restriction. They were absolutely incredible throughout the whole process.
