        I highly recommend Lerea Mares at CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC! My husband and I felt discouraged talking to local lenders about buying a new house. We came across Lerea Mares at the Pueblo Chile & Frijoles Festival and decided to meet with her. She gave us hope and discussed several different buying strategies that other lenders did not offer. Lerea collaborated with our realtor to help us sell our old house while closely monitoring interest rates for the new mortgage. She also made our closing a stress free and enjoyable experience.

        So I've been meaning to leave this review for a couple weeks now. My wife and I recently decided to purchase a new home. We had no intention on buying a home but when a great house came up for an excellent price we decided to go through with it. We didn't want to be stressed and worried about selling our house at the same time and moving. We worked with Larea who was phenomenal. She is unbelievably creative and helped to come up with a solution that allowed us to buy our new home while still being able to afford the mortgage on the first home until it sold. She was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone should they ask me. Thanks Larea, sorry it took so long for me to get around to this.
