        I paid my bill every month. I go to my unit to rearrange some things so I could put my old mattress in and found my lock gone and another lock I place. I contacted the facility and the new lock was not their lock. The person who was not the property manager for this facility cut the lock off and opened the door to my unit and I was cleaned out. Almost all of my items had been taken. My unit was ransacked. This is not a secure facility. Most of the items taken would have required a truck to moved them. I would not recommend this facility.

        If I could give zero stars I would. After paying my account ahead, I found that I was double locked out our unit. I called and asked why there was Noone in the office. I ended up calling a 1800 number, a number out of Calhoun, a number out of Cheyenne Well, and the number on the website. THEY ALL GO TO THE SAME CALL CENTER! When I did ahold of someone, she was quite short with me. As if I were the inconvenience. She was extremely rude. I will be contacting the BBB and leaving another nasty review. Hours posted on the door for saturday.... 10 am to 5 pm, closed between 1 and 2 for lunch.... Just don't rent here!
