Log Loob

Log Lube changed the oil on my vehicle. When I returned for the next oil change they said that they apparently over tightened the plug and couldn’t get it out. I was told to take it to a mechanic to correct the issue and that they’d reimburse me for the repair. I gave them the bill for the repair, but after 3 months and literally dozens of phone calls, they finally told me that their insurance company would not honor the claim, nor would they work directly with me. I asked why, and they said they didn’t know. They then suggested that I contact a lawyer if I wanted to pursue the issue. That would cost considerably more than the repair, so I have to absorb the cost of their poor work.

they do good when they open, but they cant figure out that when they post their hours on google people might show up at that time imagine that?? i am here on a saturday at 2:58 pm and it says 3:30 is when they close, they should really figure out how to change that if theyre always going to be closed, or just figure out how to run a business.several times this has happened just go to walmart

They are friendly, quick, and not greedy. And they carry my oil, Mobil 1 Pure Synthetic, which most don't do.
