The first time we came for pictures and had Ashley it was great! I thought I booked with her again but instead I had a very young man taking our maternity pictures. The gentleman that did my pictures today really shouldnt be taking pictures at all. He first started by saying he didnt know what he was doing and asked me how I want to pose. His first pose was ridiculous to the point where I started laughing in the middle of it, and I said, I literally hate this. Dont have someone wrapping their arms around, hugging someone from behind on the shoulders of a pregnant woman ridiculous. I said you guys have baby booties lets use those l he went into the closet and he said I dont have anything for these pictures. I just have baby stuff and I said yeah thats what were looking for he went into the closet again and he said I dont have anything. So I said thats OK. We have the onesie that we purchased for this lets use that he told me to put it down on the chair and not even use it. .. The pictures were so awful that we chose one of literally just a picture of the onesie because he was so bad at taking pictures. And we took professional pictures as a family twice in two months and I took modeling photos for a beauty contest three months ago. So, we arent hard to photograph lol. He made us get pictures from Google to try and he said that he didnt know how to take a picture of of us, holding a onesie in front of us He didnt even have change for a 20 when I was paying. We just came home and took pictures our self. What a waste of time. Im not trying to be rude, but please choose a different profession. This one is not for you and thats OK but please stop wasting peoples time and money. Im not sure how you made us both look like serial killers in the exact same photo, but you made it happen lol

It was really easy to schedule an appointment on such short notice. I wanted to get some professional photos done before the passing of my fur baby. Ashley was really welcoming and creative, she provided so many fun poses and was beyond patient. It was truly a great first experience to share with my little family.

This was my second visit to this studio. I thought the first time was annoying enough because the shoot was rushed & after the shoot was over there was another appointment right after so I was also rushed in picking photos and products that I wanted to buy. This time there wasn't anyone after me yet I was still rushed. I did not like the "enhancements" that were chosen FOR me but I took time to fix them to my liking. I like the part where all sales are final so I have to like the product even though I was rushed through the process AGAIN. When I finally got home and could breathe while looking through the digital album I bought, only TWO of the enhancements were correct, even from the ones I took time to proof/fix. I don't know what happened but I am not happy. At the very least I want what I paid for. I think I should be able to have the enhancements fixed free of charge. My recommendation is to NOT use this studio for any occasions that are important. Also a suggestion for corporate is to make appointments one hour not 30 minutes AND hire professional photographers that take time to pose people, make sure outfits look right and that hair is not out of place for the final product. Again .
