worth the self-investment! I just got a therapeutic massage from Michael Coffee and his name is perfect - I have so much energy after that and also relaxed. He invites you to take ownership of the session, and has you engage certain muscles to help them relax and also strengthen. It is truly physical therapy combined with massage!! I even got a free purple massage ball and he took the time after we were done to show me stretches and massages specific to my sore scalp, tight shoulders and jaw.

Ive been going through a lot in life, and havent taken time for myself for a long time. I scheduled to get a massage with Micheal Coffee and let me tell you how that was the best decision of my life. He truly takes the time to learn your body and work out whatever sore spots you have or tight muscles. There arent words that describe the high you get afterwards. He takes his time kneading and massaging spots you didnt even realize were causing you pain. If youve never had a massage and are nervous about it being awkward or weird I cant recommend him enough. He makes sure you are comfortable and he is so personable that its impossible to not feel relaxed. I almost cancelled due to not having a babysitter, dont let that stop you they have a day care and the day care is just as amazing!
