        My sister in law recently had a birthday party for her 1 year old son. The service we experienced was harsh and condescending. The one front lady didnt want us to go into the room we payed for and booked because we were 15 minutes early. She also wouldnt even open the door for us and said we can do it because she doesnt want to be bothered. We brushed that off but it just got worse. Everytime we had to ask to use the bathroom they acted like we were their biggest inconvenience and told us to hurry. My husband went to the 3rd floor just to pee because every other bathroom was out of order and they called security on him. He was wearing his work uniform even! They rushed us out and were incredibly rude. NEVER HOST A BIRTHDAY HERE!

        Everything was okay until I went to the 2nd floor desk to inquire about an available computer and the attendant lady started questioning my service dog. Changed from 5 to 3 stars.
