Worked with Jami and her team to sell my house in Pueblo West. She did a great job explaining any hurdles and new codes/regulations to me that weren't around when I bought my house. She made the negotiation process effortless on my part. Was able to sell for a fair market price, and being out of state during the sale, her team was able to get documents to me digitally, including a virtual and verified notary. And during the home inspection, any deficiencies found, she had great contacts for contractors to get everything handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally without any hiccups. It was great working with her, and I definitely recommend Jami and her team to anyone trying to sell a home.
