Assisted Diana in every way possible to make things as easy as possible to perform the appraisal quickly. She not only didnt ever provide the appraisal after many weeks, but never responded to my phone calls or texts. I would never use her again or recommend anyone to use her. I lost money as a result of of unprofessionalism and not ever delivering the results of the appraisal.

I wish I could do a negative review. Read the comments/reviews below. My situation is exactly the same. This lady should be charged and put away for robbery. Doesn't answer calls, takes money and runs. Stay away and do research first. She's ruining lives. Literally.

I have never heard of a residential appraiser who accepts an appointment, shows up on 4/17 to do the appraisal but as of 4/30 has so far neglected to submit the report to our lender who now says we will not make our closing date on 5/6 because of her.  Her own agency can't find her.  On Monday the seller will walk, and we will lose the house and our $5k of earnest money because this appraiser ran out the clock on our contract date.  It is too late to order a new appraisal. All we can do now is pray.  Save yourself the money, the heartache, and the nightmare.

Lord help you if your transaction is assigned to Diana with Home Sweet Home. If you can, message your AMC IMMEDIATELY and request a new appraiser. Working with Diana was an absolute nightmare. She accepted our appraisal with a due date of July 20th. Our transaction was set to close that Friday. Diana not only did not hit the due date, she didn't even go to the property by the due date, which was a contractual obligation when she accepted the appraisal. Not a big deal, as long as we get it back by Wednesday we can still close on Friday. She tells us she will get it back by Wednesday no problem.Wednesday comes and goes, and nothing From Diana. We now have to push closing to the following week. She says she will have it to us Thursday. Nothing, Then Friday, nothing, Then Saturday, nothing. Then she says she will have it to us Sunday. She turns it in at 10pm Sunday. I was absolutely shocked that this woman would tell us that she would be getting us an appraisal everyday for a week, and then just not do it! It was madness. Meanwhile, the seller sent us a termination, asked us to give up our earnest money, and lost all faith that we could close. I was forced to call Diana everyday, every other hour for a week, as she would not get back to me. Telling her the whole  time about how my transaction was going sideways exclusively because of her, that my client was calling me crying everyday because she thought she was going to lose her earnest money. Diana did not care. She finally messaged me and told me to stop messaging her or SHE WAS GOING TO BLOCK ME! I couldn't believe it! I wouldn't have to call and message you day in and day out if you would just get off your lazy ass and do the appraisal! Diana is: IncompetentLazyApatheticComplacentThe only reason she still has a license is because DORA does not investigate allegations of low quality service. So what does Diana care, no one can come after her for being horrible. If you are reading this it is probably because she has been assigned to your transaction. DO NOT WAIT! Fire her immediately and hire a new appraiser.
