My husband and I have been filing with Jackson Hewitt for many years now. Our favorite tax expert is Melissa. She is always friendly and helpful and takes her time to explain things we don't understand. She is also the reason we keep going back to Jackson Hewitt.

They took my Fianc W-2' and the computer kept going out after 2 hours they couldn't do them and she had to go to work. They kept The original documents so she can come back that day and sign but by the time she got out the office was closed. We'll Seasonal worker Lost her original documents, but did file them in their paperwork. They are also charging a ridiculous amount and don't want to take them out of her Taxes. The gentleman at the Elizabeth location was like a robot stating we don't keep original documents It's their policy even though the seasonal worker broke policy and lost them. Corporate does not have a number and I can see why Everyone should know how this company works Because now she has to go to her work. Get the copy of the taxes and file in 14 days.
