I've been going here for over a two years and I've always bragged about how wonderful they are I'm a recovering addict and have a lot of work done by them and have always been super happy with the results ,I've sent them so many clients but today was a different experience I had a temporary crown put in and from the beginning it did not feel okay it did not feel right I was told it was the numbing agent and it would probably be fine I went out to my car my partial didn't fit I went back in they shaved it down more and more and more when I went back out to my car I had nothing but a nub which is pretty pointless at the end of the day when I smile it still looks like there's not a tooth so I call back and say that it just looks terrible it doesn't feel comfortable and they call the assistant that worked on my teeth to get on the phone and he proceeds to tell me it's a temporary and I say yes sir I understand that but what is the purpose of a temporary tooth if I still can't see the tooth and it's uncomfortable I said I apologize if I sound rude I'm just emotional because I waited 2 months for this appointment and he proceeded to call me rude and tell me he didn't have to deal with me. Then I get a call back proceeding to tell me that a lot of dentists don't want to work over other dentist work so am I sure about my choice.. The dentist there has done some amazing things with my teeth but unfortunately he fell short today and so did his staff if I was able to post the audio of that phone call here I would!

I cant recommend this office enough. Ive had to have extensive dental work done, and despite an extreme fear of dentists, Dr. Casimir and everyone Ive encountered at his practice have made me feel nothing but safe, welcome, and cared for. While Im still anxious at the thought of dental work, I can relax when Im getting work done here. Im feeling more confident with my smile than I have in years. Thank you!
