        I am extremely disappointed with this company. They delivered water to my place in San Isabel. When the guy got there, we discovered that my tank was half full with rain water. I had no idea. So he filled it up with about 200 gallons or less. I called the company to explain what happened expecting they would offer me a discount. The general manager was unsympathetic and told me that they charge a flat fee of $150.00 no matter how far they drive or how much water they deliver up to 1000 lbs. I am not sure if this is true but if so, this is not fair business practice. I should have been charged less. He also said they bought out all the other companies so I am screwed and I have no other recourse but to go with them. This is not fair and I should have received a discount. Not only did I not, but they charged me $122.00!

      There is actually no way for us to know how full your tank is. You ordered the water and we faithfully brought no less than 1000 gallons as that is our minimum. So the price we charge takes in all the cost of time, fuel, wages etc..., The fact that you messed up on ordering is not our fault. I'm sorry you feel that you were treated unfairly but to ask for a discount because you made a mistake would be terribly unfair to us. There is no way for me to commit a truck plus expenses and spend 2.5 hours of our day bringing you water that you ordered and discount our services for under $150 dollars clear to San Isabel is not a reasonable request. Sorry

      I wonder why you didn't call in this complaint. Our trucks are equipped with cameras and that system is linked into the ECM. At any moment I can tell you exactly how fast we were travelling. The system is also video recording and live at any point in a day as long as the engine is running. If you see this again please call me immediately so I can correct driver behavior.Thank you
