Very surprised that these guys even have a one star review. Theyve had our heater in the midst of winter for over a month. They damage the first one. Georgia in customer service changes her story so often I dont know if shes coming or going and I dont think she does either. She said it would be delivered. It wasnt. She said it would be delivered again it wasnt she said it would be delivered and that we had to be there. We took the entire day off work, it wasnt delivered. Finally after talking to her today she states that it didnt go out for delivery on the day we took off work even though they state that thats the day they deliver to this area and only they day they deliver to this area what a joke not to mention, she has no concern for the customer , avoid these people at all costs. If you know your stuff is going through them, you might as well start over you wont get what you order. Manager called and he pretty much told us we werent gonna get our heater. I dont know how they can just keep someones products, but when theyre in control not theyll do whatever they want. Pretty sad really they havent no grasp on customer service. Im absolutely disgusted with this entire staff and their operation. They should probably be investigated for fraud seeing so many people dont actually get their deliveries.

These folks lost a shipment to my job site and it took from October to late December to get the parts to me. I had to involve R&L shipping staff to fix the problem. Street staff were great but their hands were tied.

This company lies. The company representative said I could pick up my items at the dock. The building was left unattended and unsecured. The yard was a mess broken stuff everywhere and trash all over. The condition of the property is a representation of the lack of professionalism.
