I called Glass On Time after my son broke a window in our living room. Not only were they able to come to our home same day, they replaced the broken glass with a temporary single pane while we waited for the glass he ordered to come in. This meant during both snow storms our living room stayed warm and dry. John educated us on what to expect with the temporary glass and if it did fall out to call him (which it never did). He also took the time to answer all our questions. John worked with us on a price we could afford. This was a godsend considering Christmas is right around the corner. The glass came in, in a timely manner, and as soon as it did he came and replaced it. Our new window looks great. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

I had storm door window slides that were broken. The bottom window I took to the shop, got it back the next day. The top window was stuck and I couldnt get it out, they came out to my house and got it out, the slides were broken. The window was taken back to the shop. From 11:06 to 12:40 they had fixed the window. I picked it up. The cost for both window was very reasonable and they came to get the stuck window out. I am beyond grateful for theyre help. Thank You Glass On Time!!!!!!!
