The online chat was great yesterday. I chat with Porter and Bobby they both answered all my questions and I just ordered my Jackson Rockstar Watermelon today!! Later I ordered another one for a friend. I am excited to hit the river with my new boat!!!

These people have no idea about the products they sell. We have purchased Spud inflatable kayaks from them over 3 months ago, and still haven't been able to use them. They are running a racket to make you purchase a bunch of accessories that don't work, or aren't designed for the product they sold us. I would avoid these guys like the plague! Believe me, I have been dealing with your customer service. They obviously don't understand the equipment you sell. We would love for you to take the kayaks, multiple pumps, check valves, and all the other useless stuff we have wasted money on at CKS. Do that, and we will be happy! Oh, now your customer service rep. is recommending we disregard safety instructions from the manufacuturer. Keep up the good work!
