This agent oversold us insurance on our condo that only needed a walls in policy. When we did have a claim, Farmers denied it and threw it back on the HOA. I then called James who I never spoke to because his office staff handles all of his work for him. They proceeded to inform me that I did not need a policy that I purchased from him. Lack of service is what you get here. I would avoid this agency and this insurance company.

I ran into the need for liability insurance for an event in Steamboat Springs.
