Mountain and Company

Its a Mens and Women apparel store in downtown Steamboat CO. We were just window browsing and shopping in downtown steamboat, and decided to go in. No one spoke to us, as we walked throughout the store. The clothing is very expensive and meant for upper class clientele (which Im not). There wasnt any souvenirs to buy, and I sure wasnt buying anything as expensive as those clothes were. So we kindly walked our way around the store and quietly walked out. No money spent, no hi (no goodbyes), no conversations. Even if I had wanted to buy something that expensive, I still wouldve left anyway because no one talked to us. Unless you looking to spend a lot of money on some clothes, dont waste your time going here.

Finally, a shop on Lincoln that caters almost exclusively to local businesses for ski wear and apparel. It's about time. My hubby and I found some interesting mid layers for the colder ski days. Cheers and welcome to town!

Love that they are focused on Colorado and unique smaller brands. Lots of great stuff and the owner is super nice and helpful. I found like 3 Christmas gifts.

This. Place. Rocks. First of all, they offer a wide variety of extremely high quality tech/snow sports wear. I was primarily shopping for my children (ages 3, 5 and 7) and found everything I need to keep them warm this season. The best part about shopping with kids?... I didn't have to. The owners created a "kid space" where the little ones can hang out while I shopped, complete with arcade games and lounging areas. For myself, I found a daily wear, yet ultra classy, wool jacket from the brand Amundsen. The ratings are excellent and I hope to have this jacket forever. The brands Mountain & Co carry are timeless, super high quality, durable, and sophisticated. I love my new jacket. I feel like a BOSS. Thanks Anna & Stefan!
