I am a lucky person who found Michelle and Clay Garner. I honestly believe if I would have gone with another real estate broker I would have never ended up with as great a house, or possible even one house. Working with them was a pleasure on every level and they went the extra mile on principal. They are both incredibly hard working, honest, and have a lot of knowledge about the local community and all of the complexities that come from a place like Steamboat. I would recommend them to anyone who asked!
