Brakes Plus

My service supervisor was Del He was super kind and helpful! The other staff members including the mechanics were very nice as well. Thank you so much for everybodys help.

Went in for 60,000 mile maintenance. Del was at the front desk and super friendly and helpful. Good communication about my car. Mechanics were knowledgeable and the prices were reasonable. They also have coupons online, which is nice.

I had struts and shocks put on my Honda CRV at the Brakes Plus at 120th and Sheridan in Westminster. When I drove away I was getting a loud rubbing sound when I made turns on the drivers side. I returned it the next day and after 10 minutes of looking at my car they told me the sound was normal and that it might take 400-500 miles for it to go away. I checked with my father in-law and he said no that shouldn't the case. I took it to another Brakes Plus on 92 AVE in Westminster and they worked on it for several hours and determined it was a defective strut. It was replaced under warranty and they did a great job fixing the issue so I will go to that Brakes Plus in the future. But I'll never go to the Brakes Plus on 120th ever again since they blew me off the first time, with what could have been a safety issue with the car.

Literally everyone on staff is amazing. Thank you. Thought I needed a bunch of work and turns out I didnt. Honest, quick, thorough and friendly. I definitely recommend and Ill definitely be backwith my wheel lock
