Thriveworks Counseling & Therapy Westminster

Everyone there is extremely warm and friendly. Marcy L at the Westminster location is kind, caring, and goes above and beyond for her clients. I have had the honor of working with her as a fellow colleague for a number of years. Ive always found her to be compassionate and know that she works hard to make sure her clients are receiving the best care possible.

Marcy Libeer is a fantastic therapist. She listens with her heart and talks to you like she's a friend. I definitely recommend her.

I dont recommend Thriveworks. I was connected to them through ZocDoc, but didnt know I was signing up for a membership until after my first session. I was told by my therapist and billing that my insurance would fully cover the sessions. That was not true. Trying to cancel my membership is a hassle. I was hung up on twice, but the chat function seemed to work. I also didnt know about a monthly membership fee until I was looking at the website to cancel. Overall the experience has added more stress to life.

NOT a real therapy center. The center or their counselors are not licensed! When I called to speak to someone at the office they told me the number I called was the "sales and service" number. sales? The other number is disconnected. They just want to take your money. The "therapist" they put one of my children with was pre-licensed not licensed at all and when I looked up the license they were practicing under it was expired. They did more damage and put my family at risk.
