      James, I am sorry to hear you did not get what you needed. The state of Colorado and Anthem are the only ones who can send a cancelation on letter head for your company I am a broker. I do not work for the insurance company so I can not write that letter. We have screen shots of your plan and the cancellations. Your company wanted it on letter head so therefore that needed to be a letter you got directly from the carrier that I can not produce. I reached out to talk to you but I did not hear back. I hope this help you understand why we cant produce the letter.
