Jason is a nice guy and nice to talk to. Cost was 6x average price in the metro area to pull a toilet, snake a drain and reset the toilet on a non-emergency day and hour. If he was priced around the average metro area, I would have given more stars.

Jason came out when he needed him during the last big freeze and made sure we had running water a quickly as possible. Highly recommend.

Jason and Big Apple are amazing. I called them at 4am on a holiday weekend and surprised to be speaking with human! Jason was out to my rental property in Golden (I live out of state and he answered the phone every time to communicate with me) within 3 hours. This was looking like a two day project but with his efforts and planning we didn't need him to return. We did have a plan to fix the issue the next day had it not been resolved. Luckily the problem was resolved, but not before staying at the property all day and communicating every step of the way. This man always answers the phone! Great work and military friendly!

Horrible customer service. I was nothing but nice and accommodating but before I could even finish my sentence the representative hung up on me because I said "Let me call around" after he mentioned a dispatch fee. 0 chance I would give my business or refer my business to a company that is rude to their clients before even taking a look at the job. Edit in response to the owner below: I ended up getting 3 quotes, none of them required a dispatch fee. Doesn't seem so impossible. I sympathize with you owning the business and answering calls during your family dinner, but you made a choice to answer that phone call and all I expected in return was a professional conversation. Not being hung up on because I wanted to call other places first and see if they had dispatch fees. Final edit: owner keeps changing his comment to make undermine mine and make him look better. His original comments were much more pointed and angry. Final final edit?: Wow this is crazy, 2 years later and they keep editing their review. Now they are saying that I talked to a "customer service representative" and that isn't true. I spoke to the owner of the company, period. Stop lying, stop trying to cover things up... Just man up and say you were rude and messed up.
