Mimi is very knowledgeable and professional. She is hard working. When working with seniors, she guides them on every step of the way - from packing, sorting, planning, arranging movers. Mimi goes up and beyond the call of duty! She will take the initiative on every level to anticipate all the challenges of a move, and made a usually difficult process smooth and easy.
