        British Swim school is awesome! My daughter has been taking classes for about 7 months now and has gone from not knowing how to even float to swimming. The instructors are great and know how to tailor the classes to kids at all levels. They are patient and make the kids feel comfortable with the water. My daughter has even started to look forward to her swim classes each week!

        Staff does not communicate with parents we were never notified of any issues at any time. However they keep a list and then just kick you out with our any notice. Thank you for the lack of communication how do expect a parent to fix issues when you do not communicate.

      To the contrary, this comment is false. This is the fourth instance that this student has misbehaved since May of 2023 that we have recorded on this family account. There have been violent actions including kicking instructors and now repeatedly spitting in his instructor's face. He does not respond to redirection from either deck manager or his teacher, and continues with further disrespectful actions. We have asked the parent to assist to no avail. This is unacceptable behavior that we will not tolerate at our school and therefore must protect the safety of our staff and students.Nikki, Owner of British Swim School of Denver Marriott Westminster
