They do an odd, surface level vetting of potential new clients which in our case resulted in a rude automated message stating they don't feel we're big enough to take on as a client (the implication being they wouldn't be able to bill us heavily enough to be worth their time). I'm in the middle of a $6 million start up, I'm glad I didn't waste their time, not to mention mine. It's admittedly old fashioned, but here at our company, we believe good manners are priceless
