Total rip off price. The guy bid out a job of only one 350 sq ft of concrete, over 4700.00!!! LOL... I've worked for builders, I know what this guy bid out, and it was so grotesquely over priced I cannot believe it. OMG... 15.00 per sq ft for a walk way, total square footage was only 350 sq ft. WTH??? Horrifying price, no steel reinforcement, nothing just a blob of concrete with a rough finish.

Received quote from the owner, Wade, to seal a large stamped concrete patios next to our pool, and to overlay the stamped concrete steps to our front door. First off, while it does mention this in the website, Wade the owner does not do any of the actual work. Everything is done by other contractors who have their own businesses', he is just the middleman. The actual contractor was Steve the owner of Hardscape solutions. The first part of the job was to reseal the patio next to our pool.($4k) Knowing that there would likely be people walking on an often wet patio next to a pool, they opted for not adding any additive to the sealant to keep it from being slippery. Communication with Wade was super difficult and would often not hear back from him especially around scheduling. Ultimately, once resealed the patio was extremely slippery when wet and super dangerous. It took numerous calls to Wade, who was nice enough, to have this guys Steve come back out who just acted dumbfounded when talking about it. I finally did my own research and found a sealant where you could add an anti-slip additive to reduce the slipperiness. This product was 4x as expensive. The sealant used by Steve was about $300 total so labor to power wash and roll on his sealant was about $3700. Total rip off. I purchase the sealant myself and asked that they come back to re-powerwash and roll the new sealant. Never happened, I ended up having to do it myself. Then there is the disaster around the overlay of the stamped concrete in the front steps to the front door. (another $4K). The contractor guy Steve did an okay job overlaying the part of the walkway that was cracked, but after he had us pick out a color for the entire area of steps and patio by the front door, after he was done, it looked nothing at all like the color picked out and looked horrible. Called Wade the owner , who again was very nice, and after a long wait, finally had Steve come out and recolor the area. It was now even worse than before, so I had them come out again, and this time the color was somewhat satisfactory. Each period in between was weeks in waiting and often poor communication. However, now the front door steps are also super slippery when wet and a total law suit waiting to happen, So guess who has had to reseal it with an anti-slip sealant, yes again that would be me. Wade is a nice guy, but needs to have better, much more qualified contractors he works with Service: Stamped concrete services
