Jason did an excellent job cleaning our air conditioner unit and explaining how it operates, how often it needs servicing, and showing me the steps of the cleaning process. He was very professional- contacting the landlord, taking photographs, and explaining next steps in keeping the unit clean. Jason was friendly and efficient. He took the time to put on protective footwear prior to entering the house. He made sure the system was in good working condition before he left.

Our furnace went out and our house was freezing. We called Christopher's on a Sunday evening and they had Russell come out about an hour later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had a replacement part on his truck. He swapped the part out, and took the time to walk me through the order of operations and why our unit failed. Everyone from Christopher's was extremely professional and quick to respond to our crisis, even on an emergency Sunday call. We will definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family!

Jason did an excellent job replacing the burner blower fan on our furnace. He was on time and very courteous. Plus they offered a Veterans discount. Thank for doing a great job !!
