        Really short-sighted leadership/ownership of this location. Can't even pay to have your cone double dipped. Been going to Dairy Queen for 30 years... never had an issue. Until today at the Windsor location. Silly way to do business when you have the solution for your customer and choose not to serve them anyways.

        We felt very disappointed. We ordered online so we could have it done by the time we get there. Not only did they not get our order they started making while we waited for them to get it done walking as slowly as they could not even smiling. What a disappointment. The sad thing is that this used to be my choir class at Windsor charter academy. A few of them worked there and was just sad to see them so lazy. You would all enjoy work better if you worked as a team. Working should be focused on not making friends but working. Work life isnt about friends that home life. Dont confuse the two. So sad. We were really looking forward to this. Do better.
