I truly enjoyed working with Lisa and she did a phenomenal job is getting our clients to a successful 30-day closing. I am a fairly new real estate agent and this transaction was my first in dealing with a condominium. As such, there were a lot of additional requirements on the lending side which both I and the buyers were unaware of going in. However, Lisa was always super responsive and patient with me and very informative on each step of the process. A lot of challenges came up during the transaction as they often do when dealing with the condominium checklist and this did delay the appraisal to later than I expected. Despite these challenges, Lisa kept all parties moving in the right direction and ensured underwriting approval was secured on the same day we received the appraisal report! I would be honored to work with Lisa in the future and to recommend her to any client.
