They keep you up to date on the loan process, walking you through every step and answer any questions that may come up. They treated us like family and truly cared about our situation and home loan goals. I've purchased many homes throughout my lifetime and I have to say that working with James made this purchase the easiest I've ever experienced. James explained everything to me, every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and was very patient with me if I didn't understand something about the loan process. I know that I will definitely be working with James for any future purchases and I highly recommend if you are looking to work with a lender you can talk to, is responsive, and cares about what you want, give him a call!

We recently purchased a new home, and James has supported us on this journey. He was a well of information, and always answered any of our questions. It seems like this guy knows everything! And if he doesn't, he always brings someone in who does. We ended up going for a fixer-upper, and James introduced us to his colleague that specializes in loans of that type. But even then, he kept checking in and making sure everything was going well for us and we had everything we needed. We loved working with James, and would recommend his services.
