Both my son and I have seen Dr. Josh as well as Dr. Maggie.I highly recommend! Dr. Josh has worked on my neck twice and gave me so much relief! I have chronic neck problems and to have this relief is amazing!!!

I originally went in for calf pain and Josh has helped me with so much more! Focusing on strength, flexibility, as well as soft tissue work has helped me feel better than I have in years!

I can't speak highly enough of Maggie and Josh at Refuge. After a recommendation from a friend who is an avid runner, I got treated at Refuge. Josh was my PT, and I am incredibly grateful for his expertise and dedication. Thanks to him, I was able to return to my favorite activities, particularly trying to keep up with my 7 y/o. Maggie and Josh truly are amazing, and I'll be recommending them just like my buddy did.

I was very impressed upon first entering this facility. I was greeted by Dr. Maggie who made me feel welcome even though I wasn't her patient. I worked with Dr. Josh Emerson to treat vestibular issues and he was incredible. My issues have significantly improved quickly. He is polite, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. I highly recommend this practice.

Josh is such an amazing PT. He has given me so much more mobility within 3 weeks, and my bicep pain has nearly subsided. I highly recommend this clinic, it is small and welcoming. I do not feel like a number here and everything was explained very well. The clinic is clean and the equipment is new. I had dry needling and cupping performed on me in multiple visits and they were handled professionally. Thank you guys so much!
