        This location is like a miserable derelect graveyard, very low energy, and little flexibility with established customers. AND THE APP!! THE WORST EVER! NEVER WORKS PROPERLY, CONSTANTLY REQUIRING A NEW LOG IN AND STILL WON'T STAY WORKING CORRECTLY. I will not recommend this credit union until they get it ALL THE WAY together. Most banks local to me have such poor reviews, there's not any great alternative options. WHAT A SHAME!! For some other banks/credit unions, at least their online app is way more functional, streamlined, and helpful. To the regional manager or CEO of GE Credit Union, this branch needs to call it quits or REMOVE the dark cloud that has permanently settled here. The Milford location is also in need of CHANGE in management and STAFF. Rude AF! The funny thing is that I worked at the Beardsley Park location when it was a reputable, popular, and busy bank/location back in the day. We took pride in our bank appearance, how we dressed, our courtesy to our customers, and our banking knowledge. Smh DO BETTER OR QUIT IT!! Shout out to the New Haven branch on Whalley. Window service has always been better than this locale. The END!
