        Tried to buy a mower part online through them for close to $300. A week later no part, I talked to Jeff who said the part was backordered so he said he'd arrange a refund and cancel the part. 2 weeks later now they say they can't refund the money. So I guess they just pocket the $300

        Super unprofessional making sure all my friends and family do not take their business here, and I have many friends and family in Connecticut. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! If you don't want to be ripped off amd treated like trash I'd stay away from this place.

        Really bad customer service how is this place still open The Better Business Bureau should crack down on these guys and the authorities should keep a close eye. I'm sure theirs fraud being committed because a place that treats customers this badly wouldn't be open for long
