Park City Insurance was so very helpful in taking care of all my questions. I spoke with Tony and he gave me the Insurance 101 class so that I was able to understand what I needed and did not need for coverage. Tony was so very patient and helpful. I am now insured properly and with no worries. Thank you Tony at Park City Insurance.

The principal owner at Park City is the least professional person I've ever dealt with in the insurance industry, and I used to work in the industry for 8 years. Last year I went to John for a policy on a 2 family dwelling for a rental house I have. He put me with Utica First for a great price and coverage, everything was perfect. He told me I didn't need to pay anything and that my mortgage company would take care of it since I was paying escrow for insurance along with the mortgage. He even offered to have that straightened out directly with the mortgage company. Ultimately he sat on it too long and the initial bill never got paid. Then Utica cancelled me for non-payment and refused to let me go back. I went to John and he claimed it was my bank's fault for the insurance not getting paid. I was going to write a letter to the insurance commissioner last year but decided not to because John promised me that I could go back to Utica after I had the policy in tact for a year. So I let it go initially and approached the situation again this year for renewal. John told me when I called back that Utica will NEVER take me back because once you get cancelled for non-payment that's it, they don't reconsider you. So now I am stuck with an unfavorable market and the premium is double what I was originally quoted with Utica. So I said to John "Hey John, you know what, you really screwed me last year with the whole billing situation". John flew off the handle and started acting belligerent, told me to take my business elsewhere and even said "you're on the preferred list, I prefer you get the hell out of here". Overall, John proved again that he is not only incompetent as an insurance producer but he is also extremely pompous and arrogant and refuses to acknowledge his own mistakes. His mistake will cost me a lot of money for years to come. This year I am filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner.
