    My son, Ethan had physical therapy here after his concussion. Nothing wrong with the service or anything else. However, I paid for my medical services and then a couple months later they sent me a bill trying to get me to pay for my medical bills again. I am lucky that I recognized the bill because I would think theres a good chance that I wouldnt have even noticed in most situations. When I called their billing office, basically I was told they were unable to help me I needed to do the research and figure out what happened. I Told them I could take a picture of my HSA account where it shows $650 had been deducted from my account and being sent to them but that wasnt enough. So I had to call my insurance and get all sorts of detailed information on my payment in order for them to find the money I had already given them. the only reason why I probably noticed that I had already paid that bill was the fact that I had reached my deductible in my HSA account and therefore I did not have $630 in there. Again in many other situation I probably wouldve ended up paying them twice. When I called the office and the billing specialist they Told me they had no record of my payment. So I had to spend a couple hours on the phone with my insurance company in order to get all the transaction numbers and everything for the payment. So I spent two days worrying about the situation until finally fyzical in Bristol found the evidence they needed to confirm that I paid them. In summary, couldve lost $630 of my money. It was their mistake and I had evidence of that but yet they made me spend the time on the phone with my insurance rather than them finding their own error. If you go to them, be careful and check to make sure youre not paying bills twice and I strongly suggest you keep all receipts. I worked in the food business for a very long time, and I am not one to complain normally. I dont think Ive ever done a Google review with less than four stars. I normally give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this was extremely frustrating and like I said, couldve been a huge financial hit to me and my family. For a mistake they made and made me fix.
