Excellent surgeon. Very nice and does a great job explaining the procedure and answering questions. No pressure to go under he knife. Really cares about his patients. Would highly recommend

I strongly suggest that one avoid this practice and consider OrthoCT (Dr Deveney), as I did for my MAKO (Robotic) Total Knee Replacement.
Why?
1) Dr Sanjay K Gupta (joint replacement specialist) didn't like my specific questions and would only respond with "non-answers". Then 2 weeks prior to surgery, he cancelled my surgery because he felt that I "did not have confidence...Or trust" in him ! In my opinion, that would/should be MY decision! Then the practice "Discharged" me and refused to accept any requests or appointments from/for me. I had been a patient for 5 years with no other "issues". (Dr Daniel Fish is great but as President of the practice, he approved this complete "discharge" of me.)
2) There are serious medical integrity issues within this practice. Dr Fish recommended that I get a Zilretta injection to my knee. His practice called me and said that Aetna (my insurance) declined it and approved "Visco". I didn't want Visco so I called Aetna to find out why they denied Zilretrta. Aetna said that they never even got a request for Zilretta and if they did, would have approved it!
I called the practice back with this info and they admitted that the "insurance person" never called Aetna because she "knew that it would not be approved". Can you believe that?!?
I then gave Dr Fish the Aetna approval number to call and it was approved.
In other words, they LIED to me about the decline of approval and some "insurance person" (non-medical person) then ordered Visco.
3) Their web site is "messed-up". I'd get emails that I had an important message on their portal yet when I went on the portal there were no messages at all. I then notified the practice of this web site problem and asked the the "important message" be either emailed, faxed or read to me, which they said that they "couldn't do". This web site/portal problem went on without resolution for 5 years.
Over the course of 5 years there were numerous administrative fouls-ups!
Several times when they were supposed to send imagery not other practices or practitioners, the imagery and/or records never got sent.
In summary, while I have had a great and beneficial relationship with Dr Daniel Fish, the experience with Dr Sanjay K Gupta, the lack of integrity and the multitude of administrative ":goof-up" would indicate that one considering treaty nt at this practice, should consider the alternatives.
