        Ive been taking my dog here for awhile. I love them and have loved their service for my little chorkie. However they just increased their prices and literally charged me $100 for a 4lb chorkie for a shampoo, & nail trim; and still ask me to tip. As much as I love them its time

        I highly recommend Dana and her team at Magic Touch. They are professional, patient and use positive reinforcement. I first adopted my German Shepherd eight years ago and she was and is an anxious dog. Prior to the pandemic they allowed me to come back with her and give her cheese while having her nails done. Shes older now with back problems and they take care when getting her on the table. I dont often write reviews but when anyone asks IRL, I recommend them wholeheartedly!

        The little girl that works there hits dogs I saw her while picking up my daughters dog. Do not bring your animals here, the police should really be involved. Not to mention that she made me feel like an inconvenience to her!! Taking my daughters dog somewhere else

      Rob, you were 36 minutes late to your appointment. If you were 10 minutes late, we would have happily groomed your two dogs. I spoke with your wife at 8:07 and told her are grace period is 15 minutes, and she assured me the dogs would arrive by 8:15. I even told her on the phone that I couldn't take the dogs any later than that as we are fully booked today. If we took your dog's today it would delay everyone else's appointment throughout the day. Its not fair to make animals wait to be started because you were late. We are not disorganized at all; we are strict with clients being late as we prioritize animals and we do not want our animals waiting at all to be groomed. The store is not tiny, you can only see the front of the store when you walk in. Also we have no children here, the woman you spoke with is a 30 year old woman who has been grooming for 8 years. I find it disheartening that would you attack a small business with a 1 star review and lie about only being 10 minutes late when that was not the case at all.
