Terrible customer service. They called to say they didn't have the size shirts I needed and said I had to accept a larger size or the order would be late. When I asked them to ship the smaller size once the had it in stock over-night they refused to do it.

So impressed!!! Amazing price and turn around! My family and friends are going to Medieval Times on Sunday 8/18 to celebrate my 50th birthday. There are 19 of us and I thought it would be cool to order custom shirts. I uploaded my own artwork. They did my proof in a day, I approved on 8/12. They printed and shipped my order on the 13th. Guess what arrived today 8/14. That's right my shirts! Perfect I'm so excited for this weekend!  Excellent excellent job! Thank you!

100/200 turned out great of my TSHIRTS others had a line down them from printer ink running out. I emailed them and called and they wouldn't fix it.

My custom beanies turned out perfectly! The process to design them online was so simple and there were lots of color options. The approval process was quick as were the production and shipping times. Good quality beanie & embroidery AND it turned out exactly how I was hoping it would (which matched the image they sent me for approval)! I had custom lettering in addition to a small image and it turned out proportional and the coloring was spot on. Will definitely use Bolt printing in the future!

I have order from Bolt Printing for several years for my annual event. I started the process and actually paid 2 and half weeks before they were needed. From the onset I asked if my deadline for receiving would be ok. Wrote that I needed the date in the order form. All along the process I was assured that I would get them on time. I called about 6 times to confirm along the way. On shipping day I was told they would be late by one day. I reminded Nicole of the date that I said I needed them and she curtly said, "I'm not sure what you are wanting me to do?" I asked her if she would check on another shipping option. She came back with a $153 shipping price to get them there on the day I needed them. I asked if they would split the cost since it was their fault that the shirts would not arrive on time. They said no. I said I will have to cancel the order because arriving after the event date makes the tshirts useless. They are planning to charge me a "restocking" fee. Nicole was very short and curt much of the time. It was a miserable experience. I won't ever buy from Bolt Printing again. They must be way too busy and don't care any more.
