Dr. Wasser listened carefully and provided a clear overview of issues affecting me. He organized a comprehensive series of tests to evaluate me and make the most effective plan for improvement through medication and behavior changes. He seems very supportive and knowledgeable.

Dr. Wasser was great! He really wanted to help me find the answer to my health issues through testing and discussions. He takes the time to speak with you. He does not rush an appointment. He is very prompt on response time. His office is friendly, professional and compassionate. A great experience.

Changed my previous five star review to a one star. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!! Between January and October of 2023, I had 31 office visits, for what he deemed as well controlled asthma post covid. I was literally scheduled to be seen almost every single week, be it for testing, follow up visit, medication refill visit whatever my insurance could be billed for. I made ALL of my appointments, and then one day while checking out and confirming additional appointments, cancelled the one for the following week, IN PERSON. I was told by the front desk staff that they would have to make sure that Dr. Wasser was okay with that, and that they would call me later. I said just cancel the appointment Ill be in for one scheduled exactly a week after it. No phone call, and I just happened to check the portal later that week to find that appointment was still on the schedule. I sent a portal message and was informed that I would be billed $200 for a missed appointment for having not cancelled within three business days. I responded back that I had cancelled in person, and that it was their mistake for not removing it. My next appointment, I was told that I still owed $200 I refused, it was their mistake. After speaking with Dr. Wasser, they said that they would kindly remove it this one time no, YOU made the mistake, not me. Two weeks later, I had a family emergency involving hospitalization out of state. I cancelled a Monday morning appointment, explaining the situation thru the portal on Thursday evening and was once again told that I would be charged $200. I once again explained that this was an EMERGENCY with potential end of life care the response that I received was beyond rude, telling me that because they had previously removed a $200 charge (again, their mistake) that this charge would remain. That Saturday, I was billed $200 for a No Show office visit for an appointment that hadnt even taken place yet. On the Portal, the policy states that 24 hours notice is required (NOT three business days) and that a missed appointment fee is $75 (NOT the $200 they are trying to extort from me) this is nothing short of FRAUD. I have complained to my insurance company and they too agree that the appointment scheduling (31 visits in ten months) is beyond excessive, and that it is illegal to bill someone as a No Show prior to said appointment evening taking place. They are planning a peer review. If Dr. Wassers time with patients was truly that valuable, then he would not double and triple book multiple patients at the same time. Countless hours spent waiting to be seen, only to be told that hes running behind and had multiple patients.

Wonderful doctor. Always takes time to review all details. Has improved breathing and functionality greatly. Change of life!
