        Outstanding job. I was looking to replace my old A/C with a heat pump which could help with heating too. Ralph and his team at One Hour were able to do what I was hoping for, add the heat pump for A/C and heat, plus keep my working furnace when it gets really cold. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous all around. Highly recommend!

        One hour heating and cooling its called. I called at 6:45 PM because our AC stopped working. I got the answering service who said a technician would call me right back. 13 hours later we got a call from the local office. 13 hours later. Terrible. Never again.
