        I have been trying to reach someone in the pharmacy for 45 minutes. SOMETIMES someone picks up and puts me immediately on hold. Never returns to the call. Most of the time I will get another recording. Terrible customer service.

        Been calling about my prescriptions. Called 4 different times with no answer keeps going back to recording. This means I have to get dressed and go there even though I am not feeling well.this happened before very frustrating. Hire more help now youre closed on weekends, not good going to look into CVS since their hours are better and open on weekends

        Called the pharmacy to ask about my RX and got put on hold 8 min. Then 15 min hold the next time. She comes back on the phone and says hello and immediately hangs up. I call back and it now says theyre closed. Sounds to me like someone likes the put on hold until I dont have to answer this call anymore method. Dont send your RX here.
