I cannot recommend Jess Ryder enough! As a real estate agent its important for me to know that my clients are in good hands. I trust her completely. As a direct lender she is able to say yes when other lenders have said no - this saved a listing of ours just a couple weeks prior to our target closing date. She was able to get the buyer approved and able to close on time! This girl is a mortgage magician!
