Food was delicious. Got the chicken Korean tacos which were flavorful. Girls had the potstickers and soy garlic strips. Also delicious!

4.5/5 Ive eaten at Bon Chon multiple times before, and overall love their food. For both take out and dine-in, the food comes really quickly. I dont have a pic of the Japchae, but thats probably my favorite dish here so far. The plain Udon noodle soup I had today was delicious, very flavorful, and the noodles were perfect and just the right balance of soft and chewy. Side notes: - they play k pop - best ramune selection in town

My girl heard how good it was so we went to try it. It started well, the hostess said she'd be right with us, nothing unusual there. Another worker came and sat us down at the table and told us the waiter would be right over....ok. 20 min later and finally a waiter came profusely apologizing about the late response. Ok, no big deal. Food and drinks took another 30 min to come. I wad expecting way better food for the amount of time it took. I was wondering if they were very short staffed but honestly the place wasn't even busy. Food was alright, nothing impressive. Another couple to my right had also been seated about 5 min after we got there and 45 min later yhey had not been recognized till I asked our waiter, have they been served? She seemed confused and went to profusely apologize to them. Smh. Meanwhile a couple college kids to my left were seated, ordered their food and served within 20 min. They need to really pay attention but honestly I doubt they even care. I did noticed they served a certain type quicker than others.

Had to wait 15 min to get served was not even busy in the restaurant. Food came out okay drinks were good but not good service.
