I went to the location to buy a sheet of checks that's cost 2 dollars . The teller ask me how I want to pay for them so o have her my credit card with out advising she was doing a cash advance on 2 dollars. Now I am receiving crazy interested charges on my credit card. So I call the branch and the manager Kathy advice me that the teller doesn't have to tell me anything . I just got screw over so bad that I can to close down my credit card so that interest don't pile up. The branch manager was Kathy and she was extremely rude.

I’ve only visited this location a few times and on two of them there were no bankers available to help me.

I went into this branch completely annoyed and frustrated because after reporting fraud about 3 weeks ago, I never received the reissued debit card they said they would send me over the phone. However, the branch manager, Katalin Borko, was absolutely phenomenal. She helped me order a new card without any hesitation and even continued to help me with other issues I needed to resolve. This branch was nothing but helpful and amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any further business!!! Love them!
