After answering a call on speakerphone, I was informed, quite rudely and unprofessionally, that we dont do that in her words by a woman named Barbie. I would have gladly complied if asked politely. When I addressed this issue with the person, expressing the importance of respectful communication with customers and that I would not be retuning as a customer based on her aggressive communication style, she nonchalantly responded with a no problem. As a result, theyve lost a family of three potential long-term customers. It seems like customer care is not a priority for them.

Everything about the salon is five star, from the time you enter and the welcoming front staff to the shampooer and then when you get to your stylist well if you have Michael he is fabulous
