Advanced Dentistry of Fairfield County

I had the worst experience with this office. I made an appointment a month ago and yesterday they called and changed the appointment time, and I expect it and said its fine as long as he can see his new patient. They assured me that they will. I drove for over an hour to get to their office. The receptionist called me while I was getting off the exit and said the doctor cant see you. Knowing that I called their office three times while I was on my way. I was bringing a patient with Alzheimers and they knew that. I would never deal with them or recommend anyone. Unprofessional behavior. I had to give a star in order to post this review otherwise I wouldnt give them any.

Dr. Rapp and The team have been doing dental care for my family of 4 since they started at the Fairfield office. Many years. They are very professional and very friendly and nice to work with. I feel like we are all in good hands. They do a great job managing pain for procedures where thats needed and they are really good about answering questions if you ask or want to know more about anything. Wonderful people

I have been going to Dr Rapp since he started in the Fairfield office. He and his staff are professional and thorough in a relaxed atmosphere.
