Saturday afternoon with a clogged toilet at church. Jimmy spent about one and a half hours trying to clear the clog without success. The response time was excellant and Jimmy was very professional. We were able to resolve the issue later in the week with a local plumber that had worked on other older structures in town. We engaged Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Southern Fairfield County to repair our home sewer line as specified by our town sewer department. Jamie is a true professional. He arrived on time to review the work required, and once he reviewed the site and the ask by the town he suggested a workaround that saved us a significant amount of money. Jamie then put things in motion to complete the job. Pulling the town sewer permit, arranging for CBYD, and scheduling the work to be completed. On the day the work was done, the team arrived on time and had everything they needed to complete the job properly. They scheduled a review by the town inspector, then filled the holes and fully cleaned up the site.
