        We experienced a flood in our basement and we contacted Restoration 1 and they immediately responded and had a crew out within an hour. Troy, the project manager was able to size up our situation immediately and had a crew to our house right away. They remediated and did everything to minimize cost while making sure our basement was completely dry and mold-free. I highly recommend Restoration 1 to come to your rescue. The entire team was professional and took great care in our situation. Thank you!

        I am very happy with my experience with restoration 1. Troy was very quick and responsive. He came to explore the water damage the same day I called. The crew did a great job of explaining everything every step of the way while they were mitigating and cleaned up all of the damage. They also did a great job of trying to save whatever we could.
