Summit and Birch Hill Apartments

3 years and still love it! Beautiful renovated apartments in a great location with gorgeous views of Farmington Valley. Pet friendly for my dog and cat. Great price for the location as well. I would highly recommend living here!

Summit Apartments are a great location to call home. This is my second time renting from them in 6 years. Patio views are great. Quiet community. Friendly neighbors and staff. Property Management and Maintenance are quick to respond, friendly, and always address questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend!! Grounds are kept cleaned. And winter weather clean up is never an issue.

I currently live at Summit & Birch Hill and it has been a great place to live so far. The staff and maintenance are very responsive. Our unit is a little weird shaped, but is spacious and has a nice balcony that our dog enjoys to sit out on. It's nice having the grocery store right across the street and a few other small business takeout options (pizza, mexican, ramen). The only thing I think the complex could use are additional washers/dryers. Overall, we've enjoyed living here and hope it stays affordable.

2 years here. Amazing! Clean. Quiet. Affordable and great neighborhood. Close to everything. Bus stops and walking distance to things. Staff and maintenance is amazing and in top of everything. New roofing. New patio/balcony legs. Fresh painted hallways. Deep cleaning carpet in the hallways. Yardsword done religiously. New mail room so no theives. Super safe.
