I was completely lost in the process of applying for a demolition permit for a home that I planned on rehabbing in central Connecticut. He patiently walked me through the process, and immediately went to work establishing the state notification and abatement work. The process was quick, efficient, affordable, and clean. I Highly recommend using Zero Hazard, LLC. Top notch service from start to finish. The leader, Mr. Carlos, is responsive, professional, helpful and very knowlegable. His workers were very friendly, hard working, courteous, well trained. They showed up when they said they would, finished up when they said they would, cleaned up completely and made sure I was pleased with the their work. WOW. I could not have asked for more. A++++++
